Dr Phunk – Remix EP

Hardstyle mastermind Dr Phunk has just made his debut on Revealed Recordings with this exposive remix EP. Featuring three of Hardwell‘s biggest tracks, each reconstructed into a hardstyle anthem, it is not surprising that this EP is proving highly popular with fans.

Having just released his album Phunked Up, Dr Phunk is not wasting any time, delighting his fans by dropping hit after hit. The Dutch producer is certainly making a name for himself within hardstyle, having amassed over 30k Facebook fans. With Hardwell showing support for Dr Phunk’s remixes during his mainstage sets at festivals including Amsterdam Music Festival and EDC Orlando, it comes as no surprise that the Dr Phunk’s fanbase is growing exponentially.

The first remix featured on the EP is a remix of ‘Apollo‘, arguably one of Hardwell’s most popular tracks. The remix injects a huge amount of energy into the original hit, with it’s aggressive hardstyle rhythm. The ‘Apollo’ remix has already proven to be a crowd favourite, creating mayhem when dropped by Hardwell at festival mainstages. ‘Nothing Can Hold Us Down‘ is the second track remixed by Dr Phunk, completely adapted into a aggressive hardstyle weapon with a devastating drop which, in his usual style, is certain to cause carnage when dropped at events. The third and final remix, ‘Run Wild‘, is largely more melodic than the previous two tracks, highly euphoric during the build up, which leads the way into a bass heavy hardstyle explosion.
