About Stone Curtain Wall:
A. Surface material
Use 25mm or 30mm granite
B. Steel frame
The columns are made of 100*50*4 hot-dip galvanized square steel pipes, the beams are made of L50*4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel, the stone is positioned by slotting up and down, and epoxy resin AB glue is used for stone installation. The rear buried plate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate.
C. Adapter
The adapter is made of 100*63*8 angle steel, with hot-dip galvanizing treatment on the surface to meet the anti-corrosion requirements; the angle steel and the main keel are connected with M12 stainless steel bolts, the connection is firm and reliable, and the adapter is provided with long strip holes to meet the three-dimensional adjustment of the space. The angle steel is welded to the rear buried plate, and the weld thickness is not less than 6mm, and the weld is grade 3.
D. Hanging parts
The hanging parts are available in T-shaped, butterfly-shaped, SE aluminum alloy hanging parts, back bolt type, etc.
The stainless steel hanging parts are connected to the secondary keel, and the dry hanging parts have long round holes that can be adjusted forward and backward, which can effectively ensure the flatness of the granite curtain wall surface;
The granite and stainless steel hanging parts are reliably bonded by modified epoxy adhesive, which has a fast curing speed (initial setting 30 minutes) and has a certain elasticity after curing;
The connection between the beam and the dry hanging parts is connected by M8 stainless steel bolts, which can withstand large loads.
E. Sealing
The Φ8 foam rod and stone-specific building sealant are used for effective sealing, which has high sealing performance;
