Describe the bug
The dock/taskbar not showing up. I had closed seelen for a moment, and was messing around taskbar settings in windows settings namely turned off auto hide taskbar. Upon relaunching seelen, the dock/taskbar doesn't show up even though i tried toggling on and off the windows settings aswell as seelen settings.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Toggle auto-hide taskbar
2. Restart Seelen
3. Taskbar doesn't show up

Expected behavior
Taskbar/dock shows up upon opening the app.
