Description

Now that Portal Loop was renamed to Staging, we need to update chain_id as well.

Acceptance Criteria

• Rename chain_id from portal-loop to staging
• Update Faucet Hub; chore: PL to Staging faucet-hub#44 is ready to merge
• Update Adena; Onbloc team was given a heads up, we just need to coordinate the update on their end
• Notify the rest of the org
