Bug Description

After enabling Translations by selecting some languages in form settings, I can't remove them / switch the translation feature off.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Translation language
2. Hit the Update button
3. Remove the language
4. Hit the Update button.
5. Refresh the page

The removed language re-appears.

Expected Behavior

The change should be persisted and the removed language should not appear again after refreshing the page.
