Yes or No question responses do not appear in the submissions results table

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a form with several questions
2. Ensure a few are yes or no question types
3. submit a form response
4. review the submissions tab in the form response.

Yes or no questions will be blank in the results field in their question columns.

The emailed results of each response contain the yes or no field values. Only the web view submissions is blank.
