Congratulations, you've managed to singlehandedly unite both sides of the systemd debate in sharing an opinion. This one: https://xkcd.com/1357/

That "deleted from LWN" will be great for padding out your resume, right underneath "punchline to a comic". Try doing it on Slashdot next, don't come back until you've succeeded.

The "Devuan" Debian fork

That XKCD comic by itself is perfectly fine. However, it should be noted that, due to the timing, it was clearly in response to the Brendan Eich controversy, and in that sense was a straw man: just because it doesn't involve the first amendment doesn't mean it's at all appropriate or desirable to have segments of society performing vendettas against people for having participated in the political process in a way they don't like. This comic is literally the only XKCD comic I actually found annoying.

In order to prevent rehashing a debate which is now moot, let's just say reasonable people can disagree about the appropriateness of what happened with Brendan Eich. I may not actually believe that. But let's say it anyway.
