The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention adopts various traditional Chinese medicine extracts including ginseng extract, walnut green seedcase pigment extract, grape seed extract and radix rehmanniae extract as the active ingredients, and can promote scalp blood circulation, enhance scalp vitality and promote white hair to turn black. Meanwhile, under the synergistic promotion effect of growth factors (EFG), orris essential oil and the crude extract of the cuttlefish ink, the crude extract of the cuttlefish ink is repaired in hair cutin, so that the hair is blacked for a long time and is not easy to fade.
The possible mechanism is presumed to be as follows: growth factor (EFG) and the Argan tree juice enhance the cell repairing effect, promote the absorption effect of scalp on pigments in various traditional Chinese medicines and crude extracts of sepia, have the effects of protecting skin, moistening skin, delaying skin aging, treating chronic eczema, promoting blood circulation and the like, and have weak acidity and reducibility; the concrete components of the crude extract of the cuttlefish ink are unknown, but the extract is a black sticky substance, experiments show that the extract has extremely high activity, can greatly improve the conversion from white hair to black hair and the growth efficiency of the black hair, can achieve stable effect by adding growth factor (EFG) and orris grass essential oil, and also shows that the extract obtained by extracting the whole ink sac has higher activity than the extract obtained by extracting the pure ink, and presumably certain active component exists in the ink sac epidermis; the herba Iridis Tectori essential oil is capable of adsorbing crude extract of herba Equiseti hiemalis to improve dispersibility, and covering on epidermis of hair root to increase adhesion time and action time.

Comparative example 3
The preparation process was substantially the same as that of example 1, except that orris essential oil was used as a raw material for preparing a white-to-black hair tonic.
Comparative example 4
The procedure of example 1 was followed except that the raw material for preparing the hair-blackening and white-hair tonic was deficient in crude extract of sepia.
Comparative example 5
The process of example 1 of the chinese patent document "a white hair-to-black hair care solution and a method for preparing the same (grant publication No. CN 109939061B)" was used to prepare a white hair-to-black liquid.
Comparative example 6

Comparative example 7
The preparation process was substantially the same as that of example 1, except that the crude extract of sepia used pure sepia as a raw material.
50 male patients with age of 40-65 years and course of disease longer than 1 year are selected. The hair is not dyed or taken in the first 2 months, and the hair is shaved to be about 0.5-1cm in length, which is convenient for statistics. The using method comprises the following steps: after the scalp is cleaned by using the clean deionized water, the composition of the invention is directly sprayed on the root of the scalp, the spraying amount is fixed once every two days, three months are 1 course of treatment, and the use is 1 course of treatment. The 22 patients were divided into 10 groups, and the products of examples and comparative examples were subjected to test evaluation with a scale of 1 to 10. The effect of turning white hair into black 10 indicates that the root of the original white hair is mostly turned into black, and 1 indicates no effect. The regeneration black hair rate 10 indicates that new hair has no white hair basically, and 1 indicates no effect. Counting the white hair blackening effect and the regenerative hair blackening effect into the same area region, and counting, wherein the regenerative hair is newly generated hair with the length less than 2cm and is listed in the following table:
from the above table, it can be seen that: as can be seen from the data of example 1 and comparative examples 1 to 4, the growth factor (EFG), the orris oil and the crude extract of sepia act synergistically in the use of the care solution for blackening white hair, and synergistically improve the effects of blackening white hair and regenerating black hair. The data of comparative example 6 show that the addition amounts of growth factor (EFG) and orris essential oil have a great influence on the effectiveness of the crude extract of sepia, and the addition of the growth factor (EFG) and the orris essential oil in a certain proportion range can effectively improve the effect of the crude extract of sepia. As can be seen from the comparison of comparative example 7 and example 1, the extract obtained when the whole ink sac is extracted together has a higher therapeutic effect.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. Various modifications and alterations to this invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement, etc. made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
