[Paralysis following Dimer X radiculography]
Abstract
The authors report four cases of cauda equina syndrome following Dimer X radiculography. The cases are described and commented upon. The conclusion is that Dimer X is a substrate associated with a certain degree of toxicity. Indications for and technique in sacroradiculography should be rigorous.
