Our fifth-floor room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my friend's mold sensitivity. Rivioli restaurant offered a marvelous dining experience that enhanced our stay.

Request a room in the "K" tower for a more modern experience and better staff assistance. Learning basic Spanish will enhance your communication with the staff.

Had a lovely stay! The restaurants on-site were fantastic, and the pool area was stunning—perfect for wedding photos! Our room was spotless, and the beds were super comfy. Definitely a well-managed place!

However, the sirens were practically a part of the décor, and I swear the elevator was doing its best impression of an antique!

The room was spacious, and the hotel had decent amenities like free parking and a hot breakfast. However, the TV quality was poor, and towels were worn. There was no timely response to requests for additional towels, which affected the experience. Ideal for short stays but might benefit from improved service consistency.

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, including free parking and 24-hour reception, made my stay enjoyable. The location was great for walking to many attractions nearby.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to enjoy our time watching TV.

The pool was fabulous and the room looked great! I mean, if it didn’t smell like a wet sock, that would have been a win!

But seriously, who knew 'aroma therapy' could go so wrong? Take a whiff before you settle in!

Chur! Had a mixed stay, aye? Rooftop pool was choice, but the broken elevator was a real hassle. Would've been sweet with better service.

The room was spacious with a lovely balcony view. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work properly in two rooms. Finally moved to a cooler room, but it still blew hot air. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I loved the rooftop pool, but soundproofing could be better.

We had such a blast! The rooftop sushi place was a highlight. great views and delish food. Staff was super friendly and our room was always neat and tidy. Just wish they had some soundproofing – we could hear folks in the next room pretty clearly, which made it tough at times. Still, I'd def come back!
