I was extremely disappointed with the room's size. it felt uncomfortably cramped, especially for two adults. The design, though modern, made basic tasks unnecessarily complicated as everything was controlled through an iPad. The lack of privacy with the bathroom setup was bothersome. even a simple bathroom break woke up my partner every time. Additionally, I found the absence of a coffee maker in the room quite frustrating, especially given the hotel's price range.

the patio at citizenm is a fantastic spot to relax, no matter the weather. it’s just a short walk to the center of the city, which makes getting around easy! i loved the breakfast setup on the 4th floor where everything was accessible, including a microwave. the art pieces around the hotel are definitely a highlight, adding a fun vibe to the stay.
