the check-in process was a bit slow , and i thought that staff could be more attentive. the bar had beautiful views of the city, the pool was huge and well-kept, and the drinks were fantastic.

i can’t even begin to express my disappointment. the rooftop pool was so crowded, and the lounge chairs were basically non-existent! also, the horrible lack of snacks in the room was shocking, more than two little bottles of water, really? i expected at least a complimentary gift after such nonsense but clearly, that’s too much to ask. so disappointing!

location was super convienent, right by the paycom center. the rooftop pool was warm and clean, perfect for chillin after a long day. the room was spotless, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful! i gotta shout out the bartender, jenny, she made the best drinks!

but the valet parking was kinda confusing and there was a bit too much noise from the bar area at night.
