The task is to make a working examples library for WhitestormJS. w-core is not yet working so just having it compile and show blank example is enough.

Requirements:

1. Examples should compile only using webpack (webpack-dev-server), this means no other build tools like gulp and so on.
2. Example folder is an example name in a drawer. (see current dev branch)
3. readme.md file should be parsed and included in example (see current dev branch)

• Create a v3.x.x/w-examples branch, work there
• Setup example compilation
• Fix name appearance, loading screen + design
