🚀 Feature Proposal

Adding leading zero in the question number will be an awesome feature for file explorer to sort files by the name.

To describe:

• How to contribute code.
• code style
• document style
• how to test
• purpose of this project, what to do and what not to do.

There should be THREE io.WriterTo methods:

• WriteTo(w io.Writer) (n int64, err error)
• WriteToSubstr(w io.Writer, pointA, pointB int) error

The latter is essentially SubstrBytes but writing it to a io.Writer
