When Textfield set to autoSize = VERTICAL, textField's height is cropped to bodyHeight and lineGap(shoulder) is ignored.

I think I am missing or have forgotten something about broad support for focus in a Feathers app.

Background: We have an app with a custom theme. The project was originally designed for mobile and didn't support focus. Recently the decision was made to add support for focus. It's easy enough to turn on the FocusManager, but I need to update the theme so that the control skins have a "focused"

Similar to renaming local variables/functions, renaming private variables/methods can be optimized to search fewer files.

A similar optimization is possible if it's classified as a CLASS_MEMBER and the namespace is private.

README should be added to the root level of haxelib package.
And, prehaps, add following line in "How to use" section:

We would like to have a Domino On Disk Project template that we can use to create a new local Domino database from Moonshine. We have done some work with this for #646 already, but we want to separate this out from the Visual Editor code for now.

The example template should have a simple "Hello, World!" example of each design element type, including:
