What is the current behavior?

When I apply the EKS Spot Instance [example](https://github.com/terraform-aws-modules/terraform-aws-eks/tree/master/examples/spot_

In Ubuntu and Kali desktop environments, CCAT crashes when the menu is clicked. Haven't tested elsewhere though

README.md grew large so it would be useful to structure the docs in a gh-pages based site.
We can use: jekyll, mkdocs or hugo as doc site generator

The shouldUpdate() method currently only checks for CFN parameters, currently we cannot parameterize the IAM Roles for the nodegroups. We need to come up with a solution for this.

There should be a way to get a kubeconfig for eks clusters that already exist.

This lib doesn't yet include usage docs. Those should be added as the interfaces stabilize.

This should be the UI endpoint not the API server.
