The links on the FAQ page in the wiki still point to the old wiki, which seems to be deprecated.

Do you suggest that "https://github.com/microsoft/cpprestsdk/wiki/FAQ"-- it is the new page?

This paragraph contains a link to the old documentation:

Can I use C++ Rest SDK on iOS, Linux, Android, or other platforms?
The API surface of C++ Rest SDK is platform-agnostic, and it had already supports many platforms including iOS and Android. Please refer to our documentation for the full list of currently supported platforms.

You can get there by following your link and then going to FAQ under "Learn the basics"
