Document a multipart request/response example.

I have a websocket open pulling in price data and making buy/sell orders based on it.

After a few hours, the websocket will close with no indication why. Is there a keep alive message that needs to be sent to binance?

Messenger installation on linux fails. Perhaps the documentation should specify the platforms this works on. Thanks!

Post v2.3 release (where we apply the custom headers and accept a URL that can have a prefix in its path), we should update the following docs:
