Also update security and deprecation varnings.

What help is needed?
We need to write tests for some default behaviour expected of the table. Also need code coverage and integrating coveralls.

What is the timeline for completion?
No specific timeline. Ideally, though, should be completed by the time the v1 hits the shelves.
