As of first congrats for this package - I'm using it quite often & it's a great help.
I'd like to ask a feature request - add support for MSSQL DB.

Explain how to use the output of a Federated Table in:
- SQL API
- Tiler API
Explain how caching works when a Federated Table is used in the different systems
The flex docs say osm2pgsql.define_node_table(name, columns)
defines a node table, but give no information on the structure of the columns object.
As far as I can tell, columns must be a list of objects, each object defining a column. A single column is a lua table with the following possible keys and values
key | value |
---|---|
column | name of postgresql column |
type | postgresql type for " |

Write the developers documentation of the following files
https://github.com/pgRouting/pgrouting/blob/develop/src/common/arrays_input.c

We use Doxygen to generate the documentation

In the setup section although this is self explanatory, it might be a good idea to add a piece that simply says: "If you are using a database connection url, change the adapter there too". Just a suggestion.
Cheers!

When you try to use a column of type JSON, tegola fails:

It would be awesome if it could be supported

I created a report (#182) because, as a newbie to Mapwarper, I didn't realize how to enter lat-long manually for the control points. I was confused by the GUI - I didn't understand what I was seeing. Here is what ran through my mind when I first saw the Rectify page after importing my PNG file:

Why do we include the borders in the Terrain Background tiles? There's no good reason for it, and it precludes some kinds of mapping like historical maps or maps of natural phenomena that need to have borders removed. Also, it makes our background tiles unnecessarily unusable for people who need to have different political points-of-view on the map, specifically regarding disputed borders.

J'ai récupéré ma clé d'accès pour mon instance de tests, mais plutôt que de bidouiller dans mon coin, je me dis que ce serait pas mal d'avoir une procédure standardisée "officielle".
Instinctivement, j'aurais juste ajouté un
