We'd like to measure the quality of apps written in PHP.
There are "component detectors" to determine frameworks, platform, and type of an application.
It's necessary to implement PHPComponentDetector the similar way as is JavaComponentDetector implemented.

Need to have section or separate document where we will place trivial problems descriptions and how to fix them.

I was thinking this would be a cool project for someone.
Basically take the code as is and find somewhere to host it so that a link can be added to this project's page. Then people can click the link and play the game to so they have a visual of the project.

We're breaking the large scenario Manage ribbon and task pane UI, and run code on doc open into smaller bite-size samples.
This request is to break out the part of the sample that shows how to manage Ribbon buttons being enabled or disabled based on context of the UI and user actions. The goal is
