Ambiguity with xDebug on Docker Toolbox setup

Goal

To get xDebug working properly on Docker Toolbox, & clarify the docs to make it easier for others.

I've been struggling for several hours, still unsuccessfully, to get xDebug working on Docker Toolbox, based on the docs

suppose I have a table like this:

------ mytable-----
id  |   col1  |   col2   |   col3

I want to write the following statement in PDO:

select * from mytable where md5('some-salt' + id) = 'value-to-compare-to';

Is this possible ? @FaaPz @kwhat @bmutinda

The RequestValidator in not complete under unit tests. It's not that easy because of openssl connects.

@Josantonius, please help me improving the doc if possible.

And the sample code is in the example.php.
I also implement the get specific rate and get all rate methods.

Please concern this, thanks..

BTW, the key is under the free plan and it's available in the development environment.
