Despite instructions to install ffmpeg in README.md (#414), people still skip it and get audioread's NoBackendError whenever trying to load mp3s. The exception is confusing to the end user and we get a lot of questions about it.

🚀 Feature
at this moment we are using GFile for saving checkpoints which are imported from tensorboard which underhood uses TF core...
Motivation
remove the hard dependency on tensorboard as it seems tidy linked to TensorFlow and for visualization user can install it independently

To begin I tried logging in with GitHub and also creating an account on the pyro forums, but neither of those is working.
Problem
I need to fit a batch of four independent Gaussian Processes and I don't want to have to use for loops for fitting each one. The current GP's are able to broadcast properly to my outputs, but I can't batch them so that the inputs are independent.
