When I pull the resize button of the code editor, it doesn't the resize the code in the editor.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click the resize button on the code editor and drag it down
2. The code doesn't resize

I expected the code to resize as I drag down the button.

Currently, if the following preference setting is checked, the layout on the debug tab is forced to be vertical. However the same behavior is not seen on the design and testing tabs.

I think that it would be a good idea for us to let users set the filename and content-type headers through the Part annotation. Maybe like so:

This issue was created to be a good first issue. The Goal is to study the inclusion of some require-dev dependencies to analyse and detect issues in source for us.
