Rotating with RMB when placing a structure should not cancel structure placement

Describe the bug
When placing a building, you can rotate it by rotating the camera. But if you do this using RMB, the placement will be aborted and you need to click the desired structure again to place it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start Alpha Campaign, 1st mission
  2. Click on the Build button.
  3. Pick any structure.
  4. Rotate the camera with RMB + drag hor
