Describe the bug
With multiple pure-documentation MDX docs, the scroll position of the preview window does not reset when switching between docs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create at least two MDX docs without stories, with content long enough to result in a scroll bar.
2. Select the first doc in the sidebar.
3. Scroll down the first document.
4. Select the

It's important, I think, if the goal is to communicate that this can replace React in more ways than function.

If the submenu has no content inside it (passed in via the default slot) and you use the keyboard to navigate back to the main menu it'll completely close. It should simply navigate back as if it had content.

Currently the module field on package.json points to src/simpla.js but really it should point to a separate build, that's been transpiled, but not bundled. This means that whatever module bundling system consumers are using will still be used, but it won't need to be transpiled.
