Related to #2786

  • Added solution function.

  • Improve type hinting.

  • Add an algorithm?

  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?

  • Documentation change?

  • This PR only changes one algorithm file. To ease review, please open separate PRs for separate algorithms.
