Describe the bug

I have changed the "Legal name", "Preferred name", and "Email address" fields on the "Edit your PSF Membership" page some time ago, but mail is still being sent by "Helios Voting Administrator system@heliosvoting.org" to my deadname and old email address.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Be a PSF member with voting rights.
2. Change the "Legal name", "Preferred name", and "Email address" fields to new values.
3. Wait for the next PSF election.

Expected behavior

Mail is sent to the updated email address, and the updated preferred name is used to address the recipient in the email body.
