The ScanDirectory
method of FileScanner allocates pointers with new and returns raw pointers. It should use unique_ptr
instead.

When in a large channel with light-to-no-moderation, sometimes users will start recording without asking if anyone doesn't want to be recorded. When this happens, I typically mute myself / let go of the push-to-talk button.

As we attempt to pick up the release cadence, we are in need of an explicit changelog file which enumerates changes in each version. This should be a markdown or plaintext file adhering to some form of standardized format. Ideally, it will be able to work with #582.
