localhost.run is a clientless tunnel service that I have been using for many years to develop webhooks against github.

Thanks so much for opening a PR @tommyvn! We're not currently looking to expand the list of local tunnel options, so I'm going to close this PR and the corresponding issue. We appreciate your passion and interest in improving the GitHub documentation! |

Why:
localhost.run is a clientless tunnel service that I have been using for many years to develop webhooks against github.
Full disclosure: I built localhost.run. I've been running it for multiple years (wayback machine can verify this), it's not as big a player as the other tunnel option but it's certainly established and not going anywhere, and as such I would like to offer it as another option for webhook development.
