According to documentation gatsby-plugin-sitemap should only generate sitemap-index when having more entries than entryLimit option

entryLimit (number = 45000) Number of entries per sitemap file, a sitemap index and multiple sitemaps are created if you have more entries.

Bug Report

It doesn't work on Windows due to : in it and Zola tries to be cross-platform so it should only allows YYYY-MM-DD in the filename. If you want the time, you can set it in the front-matter.

It should involve things such as description, s/w requirements, h/w requirements, schematics, usage etc.
