In the description of the forEach method says:

Elements which are appended to the array after the call to forEach() begins will not be visited by callbackFn

But, the callback fn to the forEach method visited the "Hello" element that was added after it was called:

var array = [1, 2,

Currently, we manually append the params to the url / query string using urljoin. Instead, we can send the query params in as a dictionary
