What is the problem?

When two pages exist that export BlitzPages with the same name, e.g. Page in this example:

// app/pages/page1.tsx and app/pages/page2.tsx
const Page: BlitzPage = () => <Component />
export default Page

the route manifest only generates one entry because there is a naming conflict, causing one of the routes to be missing/overwritten in the manifest:

Summary

InlineImage component should have cursor: pointer style when CMS is enabled.
(Currently is only ever has the normal default cursor.)
The pointer cursor indicates to the user that clicking it will trigger some action.
In this case that action is opening a Media Manager dialog.

Yarn packages aren't being cached on e2e tests and build workflows

Add caching for npm packages and Cypress (except @sls-next packages) so that workflows will be faster to run
