Describe the bug
GitHub provides a few options when configuring a new repo like: license, .gitignore file, a README.md, and the Rennovate plugin. If you want to install any of these by default, which I usually do, then you get an error about the remote having newer content.

When using netlify deploy
, we show a progress indicator that is updated once we move between stages. This is problematic when we have other sources emitting data to stdout while the progress indicator is ongoing, which is the case with esbuild.
The screenshot below shows an example of this.

When arriving to the second page the suggested reading modal pops up at the beginning of the page rather than at the end. It seems more logical to allow the user to finish the post without interruption.
