Current behavior

When I removed the status bar by adding those 4 lines in the style.xml

<item name="android:windowTranslucentNavigation">true</item>
<item name="android:windowDrawsSystemBarBackgrounds">true</item>
<item name="android:statusBarColor">@android:color/transparent</item>

Applying `VisibleBoundsPadding

The window operators should indicate if the returned Flux for each window is safe to subscribe to multiple times.
