userData is the path provided by Electron's API app.getPath("userData") command.

Is it the default starting directory for eDEX's terminal and contains all settings and customization files.

This path is :

  • %APPDATA%\eDEX-UI on Windows
  • $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/eDEX-UI or ~/.config/eDEX-UI on Linux
  • ~/Library/Application Support/eDEX-UI on macOS
