Hello,

I would like to request a feature for silence detection.

For example:
The bot says: Welcome to Microsoft, for support in Spanish press or say 2 (in Spanish).

If the user does not respond to this prompt for a set period of time, the conversation should continue in English. There are various other steps in the call flows we need to implement that would also rely on a silence detecti
