Add replicas field in partitions table at topic overview page.
We can get list of replicas from topic request endpoint: /clusters/{clusterName}/topics/{topicName}

While somewhat linked to mesafoundation/mesa#6, Prometheus support would allow for metrics such as messages per second, connected client count and more to be collected by Prometheus for analytics on Mesa servers
