The idea is to be able to write the following to override the log configuration in dev-mode.

lagomDevSettings ++= Seq(
  "logger.resource" -> "logback-dev.xml"
)

I can't see any place to specify that I'd like wsclient to use a socks proxy, whereas AsyncHttpClient can
