Hi, I found that Document Chooser cannot populate the updated file title but Image Chooser does.
I think its good to add this feature and its not hard to implement it because the function already exists in image-chooser-modal.js

This is literally the smallest of nitpicks, but it looks like we need a bit of padding around the user icon & org name in the top right app.posthog.com. Currently, it looks like the scroll bar is pressing right up against it. The padding on the right side of the org name is much less than the padding on the left.

When trying to edit the caption of a picture, the submit button doesnt do anything. The captions are not saved and no confirmation is shown. When the generate button is used, a caption is successfully generated and automatically saved. But this caption can not be edited nor removed.
Logs dont show any activity besides caption generation.
This happens on the newest docker-compose examples.

Describe the issue

I have created a language "German (informal)" within my component, but the automatic DeepL suggestions still uses formal sentences.
