Describe the bug
GitHub provides a few options when configuring a new repo like: license, .gitignore file, a README.md, and the Rennovate plugin. If you want to install any of these by default, which I usually do, then you get an error about the remote having newer content.

Describe the bug
When I try and init a new project using the netlify-cli, everything works as planned until the cli attempts to link the netlify project to the associated git repository. At that point it throws the following error:
Error: Failed retrieving GitHub repository information with error: Bad credentials

When arriving to the second page the suggested reading modal pops up at the beginning of the page rather than at the end. It seems more logical to allow the user to finish the post without interruption.
