Describe the bug
When creating a dump on an empty MeiliSearch instance, the dump is created correctly but when launching it using --import-dump the launch fails with the following error:

Error: No such file or directory (os error 2)

But the file does exists.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch empty MeiliSearch instance
2. Create dump
3. Wait

Create a test, likely a functional test, that tests that dstxes are properly validated during propagation. The test should fail with the following patch applied dashpay/dash@953a0ea.

Additionally, checking that these transactions are included in the default block template / mined would also be very valuable.
