Current implementation of Go binding can not specify options.

GPUOptions struct is in internal package. And go generate doesn't work for protobuf directory. So we can't specify GPUOptions for NewSession.

Detailed description

When running cv2.seamlessClone() the error is a bit misleading when the incorrect image path is supplied. It doesn't make it obvious that the problem is in the path

The documentation on this is fine but I suggest that the docstring information attached to the Chi2 object should include the words 'Chi-squared' or 'Chi squared'. Simply saying 'creates a Chi2 distribution
