Why:

Closes https://github.com/github/docs-content-strategy/issues/675

What's being changed:

The workflow already has exempt labels included, but the bot is still hitting and closing the issues. It could be because the exempt labels added in the workflow should not have space after , as per this README.

Removing space after , between exempt labels.

Check off the following:
