Fixes (#5434)

  • Update ciphers.rabin_miller.py
    maths.miller_rabin.py

Describe your change:

Remove duplicate is_prime related functions

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Documentation change?
