symfony/finder version: v5.4.2

Description

Randomly the constructor will fail in build pipelines, but re-running composer install will fix it.

Even if its just a point in the right direction would be a great help for this issue.

How to reproduce

Attached is a video of the "fix" occurring after just pressing re-run.

Lost the stack trace but attached it a screenshot of it.
