In the Widgets customiser panel, there's too much padding above the first block. The block toolbar is supposed to sit evenly in between the first block and the customizer toolbar.

Performance/Caching section of the docs isn't clear enough. It says that the default caching mode is CACHE_TRANSIENT, but there's no explanation on what does it actually mean.
