It would be consistent with codespaces and the github CLI at large to add a command to the gh cs
that allows the end user to open the codespace environment in the browser, such as open
==> gh cs open

It would be just like gh cs code
where it shows a dropdown of the choices of codespaces, and then instead of opening vs-code it would open up the OS's default browser which, if it's au
Opening files in unstaged pane - filename includes linenumber, which causes opening files to fail
Describe the bug
Configuring a customer "opencommand" works, but when opening the file in the "unstaged changes" pae the filename parameter seem to be of a different format than what is used other places - it is of the form :, instead of just . Using pycharm to open that format fails, because it is interpreting the colon and number as part of the filename.

Add basic CI
We already have some scripts in the scripts
directory. It would be good to run them for every PR.
This is also a great task for beginners.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Uploading an image with uploadcare
doesn't allow me to set a cdnBase or cdnURL or something similar for custom URLs. When I upload an image it is forcing the company's cdn instead.
Describe the solution you'd like
The settings in config.json should be something like:

Plenty of people make use of pnpm for their projects, and it would not be a hard feature to implement so I don't think that it would be a bad idea to add a flag to use pnpm as the package manager, just as there is one already for yarn.
Ref #94. It might be better for the output to say something like

Describe the bug you encountered:
If you use bat on C# source files (.cs, .xaml and others), a space appears in the first line. This is due to byte order mark (BOM)
Maybe reproduced for others files on Windows systems

Sample file with BOM:
