I don't know whether some information in my CLA is wrong, or I need to wait for some timeout for CLA to be received?

Sorry to interrupt, but I signed the CLA and it is not received yet.

It can take up to two working days for it to be processed; it needs to be manually reviewed by a human at the PSF, for legal reasons 🙂 the bot will automatically update once it's processed

Thank you for your interest! : ) You could use blurb to update NEWS entries to resolve CI fail!

Oh! I forget to update NEWS for almost 10 days, so the CI doesn't run! ;P
