书签设置多一个恢复历史版本的选项，可以进入网页也可以恢复最近的历史版本

原因：
现在主要手机端用，由于屏幕比较小，上传和下载字体之间空白间隔比较小，设置字体也比较小，手指头粗的人很容易点错，因为这个书签是本地覆盖云端的，一不小心就点错了，本地 本来没有书签的，一下子本地空白书签就覆盖了云端数据，因为没有历史版本功能可能很多书签就没了
题外话：
之前放弃新标签页也是因为这个，好多书签一下子就没了。这个功能真的非常重要，谁都不想存了那么多好用的书签一下子没了，数据真的很重要
